The Assessment Body will check that
the center can provide documented proof that it meets all legal

Cervantes, should the Instituto wish to enter into an agreement
incorporating the center into the Network.
The form for this sworn declaration will be provided by the Instituto
Cervantes and will state the impossibility of signing any agreement
if the applicant center previously fails to prove to the latter,
and in the appropriate form, that it meets all the necessary legal
requirements to teach courses by presenting the required documents.
